Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from Talebee. However, if you are not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• Return is not eligible for items like puzzles or open books unless they are received damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

• Email us at support@talebee.in or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason for return.
• Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• A replacement or full refund will be initiated after verification.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased under clearance or special discounts are not eligible for return unless damaged.
