Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love everything you buy from Talebee. However, if you are not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- Return is not eligible for items like puzzles or open books unless they are received damaged.
- How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@talebee.in or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.
- Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- A replacement or full refund will be initiated after verification.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased under clearance or special discounts are not eligible for return unless damaged.
